Bill Gates – A Synonym to Success and Passion

“Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning.”

– Bill Gates.

Bill Gates –

A name almost everyone heard of.

A name delivers us a tremendous amount of inspiration.

A name shows us a path of success.

A name was titled with World’s richest person for 13 years.

He is a

  • Technologist,
  • Tech Tycoon,
  • Business Leader and
  • Philanthropist.

Bill Gates was born in 1955 to a wealthy family. But his parents were careful about their children. So, they didn’t let their children enjoy the” richness”; instead, they raised them with proper knowledge with humanity.

He first used a computer in Lakeside School in 1967. Then, he started to learn coding by himself with Paul Allen, a co-founder of Microsoft Corporation and a Business Legend. He built a game of simple Tic-tac-toe then. In 1973, he entered Harvard University. They started Micro-soft in 1975. Their vision was – “computer on every desktop and in every house.” And it was far away from the thought of the people of that time. In 1976, he changed the name to “Microsoft,” in 1979, they moved their company to Washington from their garage. In 1985, Windows 1 was launched. Following that, in 1995, they launched Windows 95. Then the road was clear to success.

All these may seem smooth enough, but not at all. Microsoft faced many problems, even they had to take a loan from their rival – Apple. Even Bill Gates spent many nights without sleep, just trying to solve a code. His interest, love, passion for programming and hardworking made him the “Bill Gates” we know now. All these sacrifices didn’t go in vain. Another of Bill Gates’ success lessons is to learn that life is not fair. No matter how hard you work in life, there will always be times where things don’t go your way, perhaps through no fault of your own. Something that you cannot control. You will get knocked down, but you need to stand up and show your factual knowledge, the power to earn what you deserve.

In 2000, he left his daily job in Microsoft and started to focus on social improvements. He is one of the most famous influencers too. He, along with his wife, created the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. He is one of the most few billionaires who agreed to donate 99% of their whole property to charity. His life, his choices, and his thinkings are a great source of knowledge to us. Rather than just retire and play with his money, he focuses his time, energy, and resources on making a better world.

“…once you’ve found a solution that works, catalytic philanthropy can harness political and market forces to get those innovations to the people who need them most.”

– Bill Gates
